Each course offers a different learning experience. Explore the individual course pages to compare the details and choose the option that best aligns with your goals.
If you're unsure where to begin, contact us with your experience level and what you'd like to achieve. We'll help you find the most suitable option.
Do I need previous makeup experience?
You don't need to be an established makeup artist to enquire. Whether you're just starting out or already working in the industry, let us know about your experience and goals so we can help you explore the most suitable training option.
What will I learn during my course?
Your learning experience depends on the program you choose. Makeup artistry lessons may cover skin preparation, product selection, complexion work, eye techniques, lashes, lips and completing a polished makeup look.
The 3-Week and 5-Week PRO programs also include business and social media guidance, while shorter practical programs focus on developing your application techniques and creating content.
Please refer to your chosen course page for the specific curriculum and inclusions.
How long are the lessons?
Most in-person lessons run for approximately 2.5–3 hours. Practical sessions combine educator demonstrations, hands-on application and individual feedback.
Theory and business sessions may follow a different format. Your timetable will outline your scheduled lesson dates and times.
Do I need to attend every day for three or five weeks?
No. The programs are scheduled across the course period rather than requiring daily attendance. We'll discuss your availability and arrange your timetable before your training begins.
Can I choose my lesson days?
You can share your preferred days when enquiring. Timetables are arranged around student and studio availability, and your dates must be confirmed before attending.
Where are the in-person courses held?
Our in-person training is held in Sydney. Your studio location and full address will be confirmed with your booking.
Do I need to bring my own makeup and tools?
We'll confirm what you need to bring before your first lesson. Student kits are available separately, so please check the inclusions for your chosen course rather than assuming a kit is included.
Can I purchase a makeup kit?
Yes. We offer Mini and Full student kit options, with the Full Kit containing a wider selection of products.
Kit contents and pricing will be provided before purchase. Kits must be paid for upfront, and sufficient time is required to order them before your course begins.
Do I need to organise models for practical lessons?
Students are responsible for arranging their own models for practical lessons unless otherwise stated in their booking.
Please ensure your model can remain for the full lesson and follows any preparation instructions provided.
Can you help me arrange a paid model?
Paid models may be arranged subject to availability and at an additional cost. Please provide at least 72 hours' notice.
The model's fee will be confirmed before booking. As paid models may still cancel, their availability cannot be guaranteed.
Will I receive photos and videos of my work?
Content creation forms part of selected practical lessons. You'll receive guidance on capturing your makeup work for your portfolio and social media.
Professional models, hairstylists and photography are included only where specifically stated in your course details. Any additional costs will be confirmed beforehand.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available for selected in-person courses.
Depending on your course and agreed arrangement, options may include paying in full, splitting payments or an agreed weekly plan. Your payment amounts and due dates will be confirmed in writing before you begin.
Student kits are paid for separately and upfront.
How do I secure my place?
A $99 deposit is required to secure your in-person course booking. Your remaining balance and payment schedule will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
Please review your booking details carefully and contact us if you have any questions before proceeding.
When must my course be paid in full?
For weekly payment plans, the final balance is due at least two days before your last lesson. Your individual payment schedule will confirm the exact payment dates.
Will I receive a certificate?
Certificates are issued for eligible courses once the required coursework has been completed and payment has been received in full.
Please check your chosen course page for details about certificate eligibility and requirements.
Can I cancel my booking or receive a refund if I change my mind?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review the course details, inclusions and your availability before booking.
This policy does not exclude or limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
What if I'm unwell or unable to attend a lesson?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you're unable to attend.
Requests to reschedule will be considered in accordance with your booking terms and studio availability. A replacement date is not automatically guaranteed.
Can I book additional lessons after completing my course?
Absolutely. If you'd like to continue developing your skills after your program, contact us to discuss additional private lessons, pricing and availability.
