Please ensure that when choosing an item, you are choosing carefully as we do not offer refund or exchange for change of mind for all educational courses, makeup applications or products.

Refunds are only available if items you have received are faulty or not as ordered. If this is the case, please contact email dinakmakeup@gmail.com for assistance.

(Any photo/video evidence you can provide of the fault will help us to speed up your enquiry.)

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

By enrolling in any of our educational courses, you agree to the following cancellation and rescheduling terms:

1. Cancellations Within 24 Hours

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled course, you are required to pay 50% of the course fee in order to reschedule. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid before a new date can be confirmed.

2. Rescheduling
When rescheduling after a late cancellation (within 24 hours), you must pay the:

  • 50% late-cancellation fee, and
  • The full fee for the new course date at the time of rebooking.
    3. No Shows
    Failure to attend your course without notice is treated as a cancellation within 24 hours and will require payment of 50% of the course fee before rescheduling.

4. Non-Refundable Fees
All fees associated with cancellations or rescheduling are non-refundable.

Once your parcel has been packed you will receive a dispatch notification email with your tracking information. This email will contain a tracking number and details allowing you to track the progress of your delivery - tracking links may not work until later in the day when the carrier has physically scanned the parcel into their system
