01 · Shipping
Delivery
Dina K uses Australia Post for shipping and handling. We post every business day, with delivery in 2 - 6 business days.
Once your parcel has been packed, you'll receive a dispatch email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery. Tracking links may not work until later in the day, once the carrier has scanned your parcel into their system.
02 · Returns
Returns & Refunds
Please choose your items carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Refunds are available if an item you receive is faulty or not as ordered. Simply email dinakmakeup@gmail.com - any photo or video of the fault will help us resolve your enquiry faster.
